We provide creative and technical support from the first idea through to final delivery. Every project is different, but the discipline is always the same.
We begin by understanding the project's purpose, audience, setting, story and desired impact. This involves deep listening, open conversation and honest questions. We earn the right to tell the story before we begin building it.
We gather the material that gives the project authenticity. We move slowly here — because the story depends on it. Research may include any combination of the following:
We shape the story into an immersive format. Form follows meaning — always. This phase produces the creative blueprint for everything that follows.
We film, record, direct and produce content using the appropriate creative and technical approach for each project. Our production work spans 360° video capture, volumetric recording, dramatic reconstruction, oral testimony, drone and spatial audio.
We edit and prepare the experience for VR or immersive delivery, ensuring the story is clear, emotionally engaging and technically reliable.
For institutional clients we install the finished experience onto VR headsets and test the full user journey. We provide staff guidance and ensure audiences can encounter the story without technical friction.
We provide remote troubleshooting, maintenance and on-site technical support where required. We stay with the work — measuring impact and iterating in the field. The experience is never finished until the story has been properly heard.
